Clinical Supervision
Fiadh has extensive experience in Clinical Supervision. She provides Clinical Supervision in a safe, reflexive manner to align the goals of client and parcticising supervisees. She uses the Cyclical Model, Adlerian psychodynamic Supervision model, and Attachment focussed modalities. By combining such models there is a cognitive aspect to supervision, a psychdynamic aspect to uncover inconscious processes and paralell processes and always a holding space using attachment style of both supervisee and their presented client(s).
In her time in Adult Mental Health Services she supervised Therapists, Trainee Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Community Mental Health Nurses, and Community Nurses.
